A total of Dh94 billion in real estate transactions were registered in the first four months of the year, the Land Department of Dubai said yesterday.
According to figures compiled by the department’s real estate sector development division, 2,569 sale transactions were registered in the period, with a total value of Dh18 billion and a combined area of 58,571 square feet.
During the four months, 2,791 mortgages were registered with a combined value of Dh27bn against a total area of 82,937 sq feet.
